All of our vintage pieces are from the past 10+ years. Please understand all of our items are pre-owned unless otherwise noted. We do understand that there can be extenuating circumstances so please email us at hello@madcowboyvintage.com and we’ll do our best to resolve the situation.

Shipping Policy

We ship domestic in the United States. All orders will take 2-3 business days to process. Please note that this time-frame is the time for your order to be prepared for shipment. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Please note that we are not liable, nor will we be accountable for the travel time of USPS or UPS, as after the package is shipped, it is out of our control. If you are experiencing shipment trouble, please contact us as hello@madcowboyvintage.com and provide us your order number and we will do our best to help.
